Orders must be paid for in advance and are processed once payment has been received.
If you pay using iDEAL or Klarna, the payment is usually visible to us immediately. Bank transfers may take a little longer to process.
Our parcels are delivered by PostNL or DHL.
Shipping
We carefully process and package your order within 1–3 business days.
Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped.
Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 1–3 business days.
Exceptions may apply due to unforeseen circumstances or busy holiday periods.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, collection is possible by appointment only.
